Danggit

I was inspired by Inday Hami's (www.iloveiloilo.com) post yesterday.
I remember I still have some dried Danggit in the freezer from last year Iloilo visit. A dear friend gave me few kilos from Carles, her hometown. It is so good, not salty at all. I think this is the best Danggit I ever had.

dinner served.....itlog na maalat w/ matching fried danggit
