Lubo-Lubo (Silver Fish)

Steamed lubo-lubo sa dahon nang sagingYou will need;
Vinegar, garlic, green onions, ginger, serrano chili, salt & pepper.
Mixed all ingredients on a bowl. Add the lubo-lubo and scoop on the steamed banana leaves.Fold and seal the banana leaves with toothpick. Steam with enough water. Steam till the banana leaves turn brownish.

  1. My "super chef" prepares exactly the same way as you do, Cecil! Very tasty. In Ilocano they call this fish "ipon".

  4. my hubby said the same thing. imbes kuno ipahuway ko kay indi manko palakaon n damo pa mga tira tira nga sud an ngaa kuno maluto gid ko kag ang mga mauti pa hehehe namitan ko kuno mangabudlay pa.
