Inihaw Boneless Bangus



Marinade boneless bangus with lime juice, crushed garlic and a pinch of salt and ground pepper. 

Before starting the grill dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of achuete in 2 teaspoon of cooking oil.

Grill the Bangus and when almost done brush it with the achuete oil. Serve hot.


It was too hot outside to start the grill so I used my stove top iron cast grill. Imagine grilling bangus indoor with the a/c running?
