Steak & Veggie Kabob

Steak & Veggie Kabob served with grilled corn, greens and tomato.
I was planning for a lamb (shish) kabob but my luck I forgot to include it in my grocery list so I settled for rib eye steak. Direction:
Cut beef in cubes and marinate with desire seasoning. (I used McCormick Grill Mates). Cut onion and bellpepper in square. Rinse fresh button mushroom and draine.
Alternate beef and veggies on a skewer and grill. Grilling time really depends on how you want your steak done. I like my steak grilled medium.

Medium steak have a thick band of light pink through the middle but be more browned than pink. The sides should be a rich brown color and the top and bottom charred darkly (but no black). This steak should have some play through the middle but feel firm to the touch.
Grill mediums steak over a medium high heat for about 5 to 6 minutes per side (depending on your grill).
