1 lb pork belly, cut thin (or pork chop)
3 garlic cloves, minced
pinch of ground pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoon cornstarch
Marinate pork with garlic, soy sauce and ground pepper for 30 minutes.
Heat wok and place cooking oil in medium heat.
Mix flour and cornstarch. Dip marinated pork in egg and flour/starch mixture and fry.
Serve with tomato or banana ketchup or spiced vinegar.
