Baked Bangus Recipe









Ingredients:

1 Boneless Bangus (milk fish)

thumb size ginger, sliced thin


1 small onion, chopped


1 large tomato, chopped


salt and ground pepper to taste


banana leaves


aluminum wrap





Cooking Direction:

Mix ginger, onion, tomato, salt and pepper on a bowl. 

Fill bangus with the mixture and wrap using banana leaves then the aluminum foil. 

Bake for an hour and serve.


You have the option to bake or to grilled.
