King Cake

We get this cake every first week of February from a law firm we work with from New Orleans. I get to slice the cake and left the baby for everyone to see. For me this taste like Pinoy ensamada with extra cinnamon and food coloring. Yummy! From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
King Cake, a cinnamon-roll like cake inside with sugary icing with traditional Mardi Gras colored sprinkles on the outside. The plastic baby usually inside the cake has been removed for clarity.
The cakes have a small trinket (often a small plastic baby, sometimes said to represent Baby Jesus) inside, and the person who gets the piece of cake with the trinket has various privileges and obligations (such as buying the cake for next year's celebration).
A king cake is a type of cake associated with the festival of Epiphany in the Christmas season in a number of countries, and in other places with Mardi Gras and Carnival.
