1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
5 tablespoon vanilla
6 pieces eggs
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup melted butter
Cut bread into cubes.
Arrange bread in wide baking pan and bake in 275f to toast for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside.
Beat eggs, butter and condensed milk using a big mixing bowl.
Add condensed milk and vanilla and continue mixing.
Taste for desired sweetness.
If you want it more sweeter you could always add more sugar.
Start adding the toasty bread and fold.
Continue folding the bread mixture while slowly adding the raisins and walnuts.
Transfer the bread mixture in a 13x9x2 inches baking dish.
Bake bread for 60 to 90 minutes.
Check by poking a toothpick in the center of the baking dish to see if the pudding is fully cooked.
Once the toothpick comes out clean and clear then the pudding is done.
Remove the dish from the oven. Allow to cool before slicing and serve.
