Pork Adobo Recipe

A Super Tasty Moist Adobo Recipe
2 lbs pork butt, slice into bite size
1 cups vinegar
1 cups water
1/4 cup soy sauce
6 pieces garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon whole pepper corn
4 pieces bay leaves
2 tablespoon sugar (optional)
salt and ground pepper to taste (optional)
Cooking Direction:
Using a wok place slices of pork, water, crushed garlic, whole peppercorn and bay leaves. Bring to boil in medium high heat till pork is almost tender. Add soy sauce and vinegar. Once it starts boiling add sugar, salt and ground pepper.
Simmer in medium heat till meat is fully tender and sauce thickens. Now the adobo is ready to serve. Enjoy!
