2 lbs lean beef, slice thin bite size
1 small potato, diced bite size
1 medium size red bell pepper, julienne
1/2 cup snow peas
2 tablespoon soy sauce
3-4 pieces garlic cloves, minced
1 medium size onion, sliced thin
2 tablespoon cooking oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 pieces dried bay leaves
Saute garlic and onions till caramelized.
Add beef and saute till beef turns golden brown.
Add soy sauce, bay leaves and water then simmer till beef is tender.
Add potatoes and bell pepper. Season with salt and ground pepper and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add liver spread and snow peas. Simmer for few more minutes.
Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
