3 lbs frozen Tamudyos (galunggong), defrost and clean
1 pack frozen kamias (iba)
4-5 pieces garlic cloves, slice thin
1 small onion, slice thin
1 thumb size ginger, slice thin
2 stem green onion, cut into 3 inches
1 cup datu puti vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon cooking oil
salt and ground pepper to taste
Using a deep pan arrange slices of ginger. Top with fish, vinegar, water, garlic, salt and ground pepper and bring to boil for 5 minutes uncovered.
Reduce heat to medium low. Add kamias, slices of onion and cooking oil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
