Using a wok or a deep pan mix 2 lbs pork cut into bite size, 6 pieces minced garlic cloves, 8 pieces whole pepper corn, 4 pieces bay leaves, 1 cup datu puti vinegar, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1-2 tablespoon sugar.
Bring to boil for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer till pork is fully soft. Add more water if needed.
Once pork is fully soft and sauce thickens remove from heat and serve over steam rice.
