Chicken Chop Suey Recipe



"Chicken Veggie Stir Fry"
"25 minutes cooking time"






Ingredients


3 cloves of garlic

small onion sliced thin

1 lb. chicken breast sliced thin

handful of dried mushroom (soaked till soft)

1 lb. green beans

1 piece each of red and green bell pepper

pinch of ground pepper

1 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp oyster sauce






Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoon of canola oil.

Add and saute garlic, onion, green beans, mushroom, chicken breast, red & green bell pepper. 

Once the chicken and the veges starts to sizzle season with ground pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. 

Mix and cover wok for 5 minutes. 

Serve over steam rice. Healthy and that simple!
