Arroz Valenciana

You will need;
Sticky rice, pork, chicken, beef liver, shrimp, Chinese sausage, potato, red bell pepper, snow peas (guisantes), raisins, onion, garlic, eggs, salt or soy sauce, pepper, turmeric (kalawag?)
1. Cook sticky rice with turmeric powder.
2. Boiled pork, chicken, beef liver, quail eggs and shrimp.
3. Sauté sliced garlic, onion, pork, Chinese sausage, liver, chicken, cubed potato, sliced red bell pepper, guisantes, shrimp and raisins. Season with little soy sauce and pepper.
4. Add cooked sticky rice with the sautéed ingredients. Keep mixing.
5. Garnish with boiled egg (quail) and green onions.

  1. Another dish for fiesta or ponsyon! Loaded gid sang special ingredients, WOW! Cecil, I don't know if you have tried adding gata after you saute meats. Then let it boil till it becomes oily and proceed accordingly. It will tantalize your taste buds!

  2. with gata? first I heard of that. thank's i will try that next time. daw my ponsyon gani di kaina kay damo sud an. ano bi ky whole weekdays man puro take out daw kasum od na. namit gid ya pinoy food.

  5. nag luto ko lengua--for the first time in my life!! mayo man, pro trabahoso kaayo. ti, damo man sobra. i still have the pancit molo,too. then, for "fast-food", there's tinapa nga galunggong or tinapa nga bangus...may pinamalhan pa di gani nga guno'...
