You will need: 1 med. red bellpepper, box of velveta cheese, 1 can condense milk, 1/4 can evaporated milk and a pinch of salt.
Clean bellpepper, slice to 4 pcs., bring to boil till soft and drain. Crush cooked bellpepper and set aside. Melt the cheese in the microwave for a minute or two. When the cheese is fully melted add the 1/4 can eveporated milk., 1 can of condensed milk, pinch of salt and the crushed bellpepper. Blend mixture and spread it away.
