Fried Lumpia

This is how my papa makes his fried lumpia, ilonggo style.
Saute garlic, onion, ground pork, chopped shrimp, diced carrots, diced potato, raisins, onion, chopped celery, garlic, salt & pepper to taste on oil. Drain excess oil from the mixture and let it cool.
Separate the eggroll wrapper (menlo brand). Scoop a spoonfull on the wrapper, roll and deep fried. Serve with spiced vinegar for dip.

  1. hi jorp, amo gid na advantage dri ky cheap ang price sang mga subak hehe pero mas namit gid gyapon ang apa sang lumpia dira. dri ya bsan ano nga pili madamol gid.
