Baked Ham

14 lbs. HamTo save time I pre-baked the ham the night before with whole cloves, pineapple juice, brown sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon for an hour.

  3. They almost looked similar (swirl/ spiral!!) You know what Cecil, I'm pretty excited to taste "Chinese ham" from Pinas. My super chef and I keep on dreaming about this. Not for long for me...hehehe!

  4. Wow Lee me and hubby was just talking about that. The chinese ham taste a lot better than the one we have here. I guess just the way how they preserved it with lots of salt and smoked.
    I am so super jealous! Maybe next year is my turn.

    You're right Cecil, nothing compares to the Chinese ham we have in Pinas. I've tasted different kinds of hams here, but nothing matches our Chinese ham there!! Maybe, it has something to do with our acquired taste of it.
