Chicken Kebobs

3 lbs. ground chicken
(you could use ground beef or ground lamb instead)
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
salt to taste
Mix all ingredients and shape it like a roll. Make sure press a little tight. I like to barbeque this on a skewer using my weber grill but it's too hot outside to start the grill. Instead I cooked it using my iron cast pan. It worked really well.Cook on medium low heat turning it side to side.
You don't need to oil the iron cast pan.
When it starts to turn brown poke holes on the chicken roll using fork. Now my dinner, chicken kebobs served with hummus, tzatziki and wheat tortillas.
