Stir Fry

1/2 lb. ground chicken
2 lbs. zucchini, cubed
1 can button mushroom, sliced half
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 pc. onion, sliced thin
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Direction:
Saute garlic, onions and ground chicken. Season with oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Add mushroom and zucchini. Simmer for few minutes. Now add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for few more minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
