Soy Sauce Pork Recipe









Ingredients:

2 lb pork belly with ribs, sliced

3/4 cup soy sauce


1 cup water


1/2 cup vinegar


2 tablespoon hoisin sauce


1 tablespoon brown sugar


1/2 teaspoon peppercorn


salt to taste





Cooking Direction:

Boil meat in water till half way cooked. 


Add the remaining ingredients and simmer till sauce thickens. 

Remove from heat and serve with a side of steam rice.
