1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
1/2 lb Italian squash, cut into cubes
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 thumb size ginger, minced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
a dash of ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
2 tablespoon olive oil
When the oil is hot, fry the tofu cubes until golden brown about five minutes. Remove tofu and set aside.
Using the same oil add the ginger, onion and garlic and saute for about 30 seconds. Add the chicken until golden brown. Add squash and stir fry for another 30 seconds. Add the cooked tofu, pour in the hoisin and oyster sauces, season with pepper and toss just until the sauces are evenly distributed. Drizzle with sesame seed oil, toss a few times and serve.
