1 lb ground beef
2 lbs petchay (bokchoy) sliced 1/2 inches
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
4-5 pieces garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced thin
salt and ground pepper to taste
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Using a deep pan saute ginger, garlic and onion till caramelized.
Add ground beef and saute in medium low heat till ground beef turns golden brown.
Add water, season with ground pepper and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add slices of bokchoy. Simmer for few minutes.
