Ginisang Talong

My old time favorite! Simple and Healthy Cooking

  • 2 pieces large size eggplant, grilled and peeled
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and ground pepper to taste

Simple Cooking Direction:

  1. Saute garlic and onion till golden brown in olive oil.
  2. Add grilled eggplant and stir.
  3. Season with a dash of salt and ground pepper.
  4. After few minutes remove from heat and serve.
  5. Best when served as a side dish w/ slices of tomato on the side.
