A simple healthy dish
Ingredients: 2-3 lbs tilapia, cleaned
2 pieces garlic cloves, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
1/3 cup soy sauce
ground black pepper 1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tomato for garnish
Fill steamer with enough water and bring to a boil.
Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger and ground pepper in a bowl. Arrange fish in a pan. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the fish. Top the fish with slices of tomato and steam in medium high heat for maybe 40 minutes to an hour or till fish is fully cooked.
