Steamed Tilapia

A simple healthy dish 






Ingredients:

2-3 lbs tilapia, cleaned

1 pc. lemon

2 pieces garlic cloves, minced

1 thumb size ginger, minced

1/3 cup soy sauce

ground black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tomato for garnish







Cooking Direction:

Fill steamer with enough water and bring to a boil. 

Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger and ground pepper in a bowl.

Arrange fish in a pan.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the fish.

Top the fish with slices of tomato and steam in medium high heat for maybe 40 minutes to an hour or till fish is fully cooked. 

Season the fish with sesame oil and serve.
