Try this delicious Creamy and Cheesy Chicken Macaroni
How to make:
Boil 1 box of elbow macaroni and drained.
Saute 5 cloves of minced garlic, 1 medium chopped onion, boiled flaked 2 pcs chicken breast, 1 red and 1 green bell pepper on olive oil, salt & pepper to taste and add 2 cups tomato sauce.
Stir and simmer.
Add cooked macaroni to sauteed mixture.
Top with cream sauce (slow cooked 1 can evaporated milk, 1 tbsp flour, salt and pepper to taste) and cover with 2 cups grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
Mine was served with banana pudding.
