A very simple, easy 15 minutes recipe
2 lb medium size shrimp, cleaned
10 pieces garlic cloves, sliced thin
3 tablespoon olive oil
a dash of salt and ground pepper to taste
green onion, sliced thin for garnishing
Using a heated wok, saute garlic till golden brown in medium-low heat.
Add the shrimp and stir.
Keep stirring till all shrimp turns golden brown.
Season with salt and ground pepper.
Remove from heat and garnish with slices of green onion and serve.
