Pan Seared Salmon with Asparagus

A Healthy Family Meal

Simple Cooking Direction:

Season Pink Salmon Steaks with sea salt and ground black pepper.

Preheat a cast iron pan in medium high heat.

Brush salmon with olive oil.

Cook salmon for 3 minutes on each side.

Remove from heat. Seat aside.

Using a different pan saute diced onion, red bell pepper and asparagus in olive oil in medium high heat.

Saute for 2 minutes, cover pan and remove pan from heat.

Serve sauteed vegetables as a side dish and enjoy.
