Giniling na Karne at Pechay Recipe

An ordinary dish needing simple ingredient yet very satisfying and taste really good.


1 lb ground beef

2 lbs pechay (bok choy) sliced 1/2 inches

1/2 teaspoon minced ginger

4-5 pieces garlic, minced

1 small onion, sliced thin

salt and ground pepper to taste

1 cup water

1 tablespoon cooking oil

Cooking Direction:

Using a deep pan saute ginger, garlic and onion till caramelized.

Add ground beef and saute in medium low heat till ground beef turns golden brown.

Add water, season with ground pepper and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add slices of bok choy. Simmer for few minutes.

Remove from heat, serve and ENJOY!
