Ginataang Hipon sa Sitaw

Try this simple recipe yet very tasty.


1 lb medium size shrimp

2 lbs long beans, cut into '3

1 can coconut milk

2 tablespoon salted shrimp paste (bagoong)

salt to taste

Cooking Direction:

Mix the coconut milk and salted shrimp paste.

Simmer for few minutes.

Add cleaned shrimp and sitaw.

Simmer for few minutes or till sitaw is fully cooked.

Add salt to taste. Simmer more till sauce thickens.

Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
