Macaroni Fruit Salad

First time making this sweet macaroni mixed with fruit cocktail. It turned out pretty good and everybody liked it.

Give it a try and let me know.


1 lb elbow macaroni

1 1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 can condensed milk

1 tall can Nestle table cream

1/2 cup raisins

2 cups fruit cocktail (drained)

1 bottle red nata de coco (drained)

1 bottle yellow nata de coco (drained)

1 cup cheddar cheese (cubed)

How to Prepare:

Boil enough water in a pot.

When water starts boiling add few tablespoon cooking oil.

Add the elbow macaroni till boiled al dente.

Remove from heat, drain excess water and set aside,

Combine all above remaining ingredients and mix well.

Add elbow macaroni and mix well.

Transfer in a plastic ware and refrigerate over night.

Best serve when cold.
