Fried Pork Liempo Recipe

Here is a Fried Pork Liempo recipe that is easy to make and very delicious. You won't need much ingredients and I bet ingredients needed are already in your pantry.


  • 2 lbs. pork liempo with skin, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced fine
  • salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • cooking oil

  1. Season pork liempo  with minced garlic, salt and ground pepper.
  2. Dip seasoned liempo in beaten egg.
  3. Heat frying pan then add cooking oil.
  4. Combine flour and cornstarch.
  5. When cooking oil is hot and ready, dip seasoned liempo in flour cornstarch mixture.
  6. Deep fry liempo one by one in medium heat till it turns golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove and drain excess cooking oil and serve hot with banana ketchup and steam rice. Enjoy!
