1 large boneless bangus, cut into 6-8 pieces
1 large tomato, cut into 4
Boil water in a deep pot. Once water starts boiling add the onion, tomatoes, bell pepper and beans. Bring to a quick boil. Season with tamarind powder, ground black pepper and salt if needed.
Add the slices of bangus into the broth, Simmer till the fish and veggies are fully cooked in medium low heat.
Remove the pot from the heat and serve hot.
